A2 Cow Ghee (Gau Ghrit)

In order to prepare Gau Ghrit we follow the traditional process of Bilona method where instead of boiling the milk we keep it for 12 hours in earthen pots for slow heating in Haara which gives the natural aroma & flovour to the ghee keeping it's nutritional value intact. Milk is then curdled and then slowly churned to extract Makhan. Makkhan is then heated to get the Gau Ghrita. It is available in two sizes, 500ml and 1000ml at Vedic Mum.
