Domestic Shipping  

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Second & Third Saturday, Sundays or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing may take a few extra days. In such cases, we will keep you informed via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates  

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Method

By mode of transportation

We have partnered with market leaders in logistics. The primary mode of shipping is by road. On special requests of customer, we can also use Air shipping, Sea shipping or Rail shipping modes, depending on availability, charges and transit duration.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are calculated by combining order processing time with the carrier's transit time to your location. Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates, as external factors like weather and carrier delays may impact the final delivery time.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are determined by factors including package weight, dimensions, distance travelled, and chosen delivery speed. The cost is displayed at the time of checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking  

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will provide tracking information so you can monitor your shipment's progress.
